You can make an online request for a quote on our website. Click ‘request a quote’ on the page of the product you want. You can add multiple products to your quote list before sending to us. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@hysourcing.co.uk, and we will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

We do have a MOQ for most of our products. For our best sellers, such as bodystockings, our MOQ is 100 pieces, and for stockings and tights, it's 100 pieces.

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) for most orders. For small orders, we also accept Credit Card and PayPal. ($300 limit) 

For small orders we usually take full payment before shipment as standard practice. 

For other orders, we require a 30% deposit on the placement of the order. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of shipment proof.

Of course! You are very welcome to meet us, whether that is a meeting in person, online or a visit to our factory. Get in touch with us and we can make it happen. 

All of the fabrics we source are from trusted local providers near our manufacturing plant in Jiangsu province, China. 

This may vary depending on the specific item in our range, but the primary materials we use are polyester, nylon, spandex, and acrylic. For a full breakdown of what materials are used for each of our products, please see below.

Bodystockings: Nylon 92%, Spandex 8%

Fishnet tights: Nylon 92%, Spandex 8%

Fishnet gloves & Wig Caps: Nylon 92%, Spandex 8%

Seamless Sportswear: Nylon/Polyester/Spandex/Recycled Materials 

In order to ensure long-lasting quality, we recommend you hand wash all our garments in cold water (30°) and avoid machine washing. We also advise you not to bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean them.

We are more than happy to send our items overseas, but additional postage costs may be involved. For more information, get in touch, and we can give you more specific advice.

1. For samples and small orders, we usually ship using express services such as DHL, UPS and FedEx, typically taking around 3-7 working days for international orders. 

2. For large orders, we usually ship by sea freight. We can use your desired shipping agent if you have one. Alternatively, we can recommend a shipping agent to best suit your needs. The shipping time varies depending on the destination country.

We do not offer returns for wholesale. All our products go through a strict quality control process, and we make sure we do not ship out defective products. If you happen to find a product that is not up to standard, we are happy to send you a replacement, free of charge.

We do offer both a labelling and a packaging service. We are happy to print a design if you already have one, and if not, we would be happy to provide simple packaging to fit your needs. 

Yes, we do offer unlabelled and unbranded garments that you can purchase wholesale and rebrand yourself. Get in touch for more details.

We do offer a sampling service. You can find out more specific info on our Buyer's Guide, however, read below for a brief summary:

If the sample you request is one of our existing styles, we charge a small sampling fee, which we will refund once you place a bulk order of the same style.

If the sample you request is not one of our existing styles, we can make these for you and we will charge a sampling fee, which is also then refundable once you place a bulk order of the same style.

Depending on the product, the sample processing time is around 1-2 weeks, and we ask that you cover the shipping fees.
